How often should I have my air conditioner serviced?
Residential applications require one service per year to maintain maximum system efficiency, this will reduce running costs & extend lifetime.
Industrial & Commercial applications will vary depending on the premises for example , Hospitals , Gyms , Veterinary practises.
I have received a cheaper quotation?
If you have received a cheaper quotation this could be because the equipment is not like for like.

What is the average lifecycle of a HVAC system?
The Average Lifecycle of a HVAC System is around 10 – 15 years with regular service & maintenance.
Why is there water leaking from my unit?
One of the most common issues for this is either a failed condensate removal pump, Blocked drains due to poor maintenance or poorly installed drains causing this overtime to not fall away.
Do Air Conditioning units provide heating & cooling?
Most modern Air Conditioning systems are Heat pump systems providing both heating & cooling. Air Conditioning is an extremely efficient form of heating producing 5KW of heat for each KW of electrical energy used.
Compared to under 1KW of heat produced per KW of energy from a traditional boiler.
