Aldershot Crematorium
Mitsubishi Electric VRF Heat pump system PUHY-P400 supplying Heating & Cooling to new Crematorium extension with 7no FCUs as specified using a mixture of Duct concealed , Ceiling cassettes & wall mounted systems.
Systems serve a new Chapel , Reception & office spaces with a dedicated PKA-50 Split system in new server room.
Works undertaken over a 6 month programme due to being part of a large refurbishment project with the crematorium still being live.
Test & commissioned to manufacturers specification.
RNLI College Hotel
College Hotel Project consisted of 60 Hotel Rooms Complete With Mitsubishi Electric VRF & Refrigerant Leak Detection Monitoring System.
These Systems provide simultaneous Heating & Cooling to Hotel Rooms and operate via 3 wire adaptors integrated with hotel room Door switches for energy efficiency.
The works were carried out over 5 Phases in a live hotel consisting of 12 rooms per phase to allow minimal hotel downtime.
All systems were then connected into the Existing on site AE200 Centralised controller via expansion pack.

Daikin VRV 5 Heat Recovery System as specified by consultant.
49 FCUs , 12 BC Boxes Serving Consultation rooms, Nurse stations & Waiting Areas
This project has been carried out in a live ward over 9 phases with only 8 Days per phase to allow minimal downtime for hospital.
A Daikin ITM Centralised controller was installed in Comms room with Daikin Dbacs to allow the system to be integrated with onsite trend system.

Honoured to be tasked with the Air Conditioning Design & Installation of the Rebuilding Sunnyside project.
1no 7.1kw Floor Standing Ducted system serving downstairs open plan with Bespoke 2000mm x 200mm Linear Bar Grill concealed in wall with service access via bathroom cupboard with black hotel room style controller –
1no 5.0kw Floor Standing Ducted system serving master bedroom & wardrobe with Bespoke 1500mm x 200mm Linear Bar Grille & Air valve positioning in wardrobe. Servicing access via removable core in grille with black hotel room style controller –
1no MXZ-3F68VF3 Multi Split serving Slim ducted with Custom 1500mm x 100mm Linear bar grill in bedroom with unit concealed in plant room above.
2no MSZ-AY wall units serving guest bedrooms.
All pipework concealed in walls / ceilings during different phases of the build with gravity drains throughout.
Chandlers Ford Central Club & Institute
We were tasked with upgrading the Existing 30 year old Air Conditioning Equipment in our Local Chandlers Ford social club.
We successfully Decommissioned old R22 systems & installed 4no Modern 12.5kw Fujitsu AIRSTAGE round flow ceiling cassette systems to serve local areas totalling 50kw of Cooling & providing Heating to the building to reduce energy costs using the old central heating system.
Inaba Denko Black slim duct used externally to conceal services.
St Anne’s Catholic primary School
Supply & Installation of 9no Daikin FFA50 Fully Flat Ceiling cassettes providing 45kw of Heating & Cooling to School Assembly hall extension.
5 Daikin VAM1500 MVHR with heater batteries Supplying fresh air / extract via swirl diffusers.
Inaba Denko 75mm Black Slim duct used externally for a more ascetically pleasing finish to new extension.
Controlled via 2no Madoka controllers with additional push-button run-on timers Via KRP Interface for after school classes.
Wexham Park Hospital Refurbishment
This particular project has a heat recovery Swegon AHU gold SD Supplying Temperature Controlled Fresh air to the nearly refurbished Mortuary at Wexham Park Hospital and has 3 large DX coils being supplied with heating and cooling via 3 Mitsubishi Heat pumps. The works were carried out for the NHS.
Frimley Park Hospital
Providing 150kw of Heating & Cooling to Air Handling unit DX Coils , Serving hospital operating theatres controlled via 6no PUMY-P250YBM Mitsubishi Electric heat pumps mounted on big foot system. Inside our engineers mounted 6no PAC-SIF013B panels which allow temperature control and our system to connected with Hospital BMS System.
Royal Surrey Hospital
HASTE Ward project was over 2 Phases Consisting of 2 Daikin VRV Heat Recovery Systems with 26no FCUs , 6no Daikin Split Systems serving Control Rooms. Supply of 2 Chillers & 6no VAM Units & 1no Daikin Intelligent Centralised controller with Daikin D-Bacs to allow connection with hospital BMS System.
Casey Pediatric Ward Epsom University Hospital
Casey ward at Epsom hospital is a large children’s ward requiring all bed bays, private rooms and reception areas to be air conditioned. The ward was live during the full installation which was very challenging as it’s a very busy and sensitive area. This project was a full design and build consisting of a Daikin vrv serving 14 fancoils and controlled via a Daikin intelligent itouch centralized controller.
Horizon House Epsom
Horizon house is 17,922 Sq Ft of office space over 4 floors which the NHS has occupied, this project was a design and build requiring a full adaption of the buildings existing 6 Daikin vrv systems and new daikin comms room which included adding new BC multi boxes and additional fancoils serving new layouts of each floor
St Paul's House Winchester - Commercial Office Fit Out
Mitsubishi Electric VRF System serving 4 Floors, total F.C.U 82, 12 condensing units. This Project is current to date, and I have regular meetings with the Design Consulting Engineer, and Architect to discuss Design issues, and any Client changes. We were responsible for the Final Design and Performance of this New System, and Designing Leak Detection System to cover all Areas.
St Peter's Hospital NHS
The complete Phases comprised of 72 F.C.U. The Design was a mix of ducted units, cassette units, and wall mounted units, control strategy Daikin DBax System, Daikin I Touch Controller linked to Hospital BMS System.
Taylor Wimpey Head Office Location, High Wycombe
This System provided heating and cooling to Cellular Office Areas, covering Ground and First Floor Areas, 26 F.C.U over 2 Floors. Control strategy by Daikin I Touch Controller, Comms Room 2No Daikin Split Systems, run and stand by, on a changeover panel. Commissioning of System, and addressing G.C.U to I Touch Controller.
St Helier Hospital University Accident and Emergency Department
Installing a 12 unit Daikin VRV system in intensive care and other critical areas. The department was live during the whole installation which required careful planning as this is a high traffic area within the hospital. We installed a Daikin itouch intelligent controller to this system so doctors and nurses can monitor each area closely.
